At Gamer Girl Jewelry, everything is hand-made in a home, not a factory or professional shop. All dice, jewelry, accessories (et al.) will have flaws, which might include but are not restricted to the following. Missing paint, scratches, unfinished faces, rough edges, inclusions touching faces, exposed jewelry findings, small holes which do not affect the use of the product, or other issues often found in handmade items.

Refunds will only be accepted if product is returned in its original form and item is proving to be dangerous: ie, the dice are soft cured. This must be proven by the customer via pictures and/or videos upon request. Returns are made at the cost of the customer and refunds will only be processed after original item is received. Refunds will include the original price of the item only, before taxes or shipping.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before purchase and the average turn-around time will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins, with a minimum timeline of 3 weeks. One test pour is offered before the final pour and all test pours/fails created are reserved to be resold at the will of Gamer Girl Jewelry. All designs discussed are also open to be recreated and sold with no monetary recompense to the original commissioner.

While all the dice and products created here are from a low VOC/food safe resin and other materials, the FDA declares resin unsafe for consumption. Please DO NOT eat the dice!
